Wrap It Up Pretty

I admit I love wrapping presents. I love putting that little bit of extra effort into making a gift look special. It makes the whole gift giving experience more meaningful somehow.

This Gorgeous glossy white paper seems so luxurious with thin red ribbon and red and green balls.

Even newspaper can look fantastic when wrapped with candy cane twine and labeled with stamped stencil tags.

This presents are mostly using original silver tissue paper and then adorned with different sprigs, winter twigs, and ribbon. Straightforward and lovely.

This idea is one of my favourite ones. Use brown kraft paper and then dress the gifts up with twine, string, evergreens, red tags, ribbons, and other Christmasy charms. Rustic and country all rolled into one.

These whimsical presents have been created by using white paper or tissue paper and only decorated each gift with artificial flowers, dried flowers, notions, and ribbon. So precious for that special small gift.

Lastly, I wanted to show you an easy tutorial on how to create a bow. Nothing beats a homemade bow, and now you don’t have an excuse!

The above ideas are only a few that I like and have used myself, but the options are endless. I make an evening of my wrapping. I spread all of my paper, ribbon, tape, string, glue gun, notions and everything else on the floor around me and settle in with either a fun Christmas movie or some beautiful Christmas music and create my little masterpieces. It’s quite a relaxing and gratifying evening, give it a try.

Have fun.
